La Piadina Pronta at The Last Refuge

We recently took our stall to a fantastic new arts venue in Peckham called The Last Refuge. It was the first time La Piadina Pronta ventured out of East London and it was well worth it! In fact so much so that we're back there for their first Rhythms at the Refuge event 'Penance' on Saturday 7th April. We'll be serving food all night alongside an awesome line up of music so head down for some Easter Bank Holiday fun!

Introducing Taleggio......

This week we’ll be offering a new type of cheese in our Piadine!

Taleggio is a semi-soft, washed-rind cheese from the Valtaleggio region in northern Italy, near Lombardy. It is aromatic yet mild in flavour and features tangy, meaty notes with a fruity finish. 

Taleggio with Prosciutto or Salame is the perfect combination and you’ll see how addictive it is when melted on our freshly made piadine!
