A succesful start to 2012!


Despite the cold weather, the punters were out in force yesterday and we got through a whole parma ham! Thanks to all those that made it down to see us.
We'll soon be introducing another delicious Italian meat known as Mortadella. For those of you that don't know, it's an Italian type salami originating from Bologna. It's made with finely minced pork and flavoured with spices including garlic, salt and pepper and is sometimes studded with pistachios or green olives.
