Italia in a couple of weeks for a re-stock.....

Counting down the days to our trip to Italia where we'll be stuffing our faces with nonna's home cooked food and nonno's home-made salame and prosciutto crudo (parma ham). And whilst we're not discussing the next meal we'll be making more 'capuliato' - our homemade sundried tomato paste - as well as visiting our piadina, cheese and meat producers. La vita e bella!
